Returns Policy

Our goal: get you the right part the first time

UTV parts live and die on fitment. Before you order, please confirm your exact Year / Make / Model / Trim. If you are not sure, email sales@utvgritgarage.com or call 801-520-6769 and we will help confirm fitment before you buy.

30-day returns — unused parts only

You may return unused parts within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, if:

  • The part is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and accessories included
  • You have your order number and you contacted us first for a return authorization (RMA)

To start a return, email sales@utvgritgarage.com with your order number, the part, and the reason. We will reply with return instructions.

What is NOT returnable

  • Parts that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Parts missing hardware, instructions, or original packaging
  • Electrical / electronic parts once installed or wired

Return shipping & restocking

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped, damaged in transit, defective on arrival).

Because many parts are ordered from the manufacturer for your order, change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover manufacturer restocking / freight. We will tell you the exact fee, if any, when we issue your RMA — we will not surprise you after the fact.

Defective / damaged / wrong part

If your part arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping for our error.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned part. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after inspection.

Exchanges

Need a different size / fitment? Contact us before returning. If the correct part is available, we will exchange it — you pay any price difference, plus return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
